Kate is a senior leader at AlixPartners, providing expert support in organisation transformation and performance improvement for clients in Consumer-facing industries. With a background in complex Technology Transformation, Kate is a strategic advisor for board-level executives as they pursue the opportunities that AI and digital innovation offer.

Kate is passionate about positive social impact in business, with active roles as Chair of the charity Caxton Youth (Westminster) and UK Youth Development Board. She is a Fellow of the RSA: Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
