Patrice Gordon is the Founder & CEO of Eminere, a bespoke leadership consultancy dedicated to building better humans, so they can build better businesses. With a corporate career spanning senior Finance and Commercial roles at some of the UK’s most iconic brands including: Virgin Atlantic, Royal Mail, and British Airways, Patrice brings deep commercial acumen and lived leadership experience to her work.

A qualified Executive Coach, she specialises in inclusive leadership, women’s advancement, and reverse mentoring, championing bold, systemic change from the inside out. Her work has earned recognition from Richard Branson, the TED Leadership community, Adam Grant, and Brené Brown, and has been featured across international platforms.

A long-standing contributor to WiHTL, Patrice formerly co-chaired the Race and Ethnicity Committee and is proud to return for her second year as a WHITL Awards Judge.
