Louise is a founding member of WiHTL having worked with the team since its inception in 2016. She brings over 20 years of experience in senior hospitality, retail and consumer roles and is currently running her own consulting business.

She has a passion for helping organisations build inclusive cultures and driving people centric transformation.

Outside of work she’s a proud mum of twin boys, piano learner, tennis trier and life drawing enthusiast. She’s also a committee member for Lords Taverners, a sports charity working with children with disabilities and from disadvantaged backgrounds.
