Sherry Ndala is the Apprenticeships & Emerging Talent Lead at JD Sports, where she takes a strong focus on driving equity and access within her role and is passionate about creating inclusive pathways for diverse talent to thrive.

Sherry also chairs JD’s ethnicity, faith, and culture employee resource group, CORE, and sits on the advisory board for Diversity in Retail, using her voice to champion meaningful, sustainable change across the industry.
