Jane is a Chartered Accountant, beginning her career with KPMG. She subsequently spent 15 years as the CFO of Bourne Leisure, a £1bn turnover UK holiday business, before becoming the CEO of their Haven Holidays division for five years ahead of embarking on a portfolio career.

Jane is now Chair of Resident Hotels, is the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for Safestore plc, the FTSE 250 self-storage company, and is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee of the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. Jane also has her own business consultancy.
