Kelly Kuhn is an experienced global advisor, independent non-executive director, and board committee chair, with 30+ years of global C-suite Executive commercial and operating leadership and growth at scale around the world.

Kelly serves as an independent non-executive director on multiple boards, sharing her deep business expertise with organisations across the globe. Most recently, Kelly joined the board of Computacenter, a global technology and service provider, and serves on the Remuneration and Audit committees. Additionally, Kelly is an independent non-executive director of ISS A/S, a publicly listed, global workplace experience and facility management company with over 350,000 employees, where she is chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee. Previously, Kelly was an independent non-executive director of SSP Group Plc (2022 to 2025) as a member of the Nomination and Audit committees and LaSalle Hotel Properties (2003 to 2011) as a member of the Compensation, Nominating, and Governance Committees.

Kelly currently serves in three global advisory roles. Kelly is a Strategic Advisor at WNS where she advises executive leaders across the Travel & Hospitality Business Unit, offering strategy and insights for driving growth, innovation, and transformational opportunities. Kelly also serves as a Special Advisor to Executive Leadership at CWT, where she counsels global executives on effective go-to-market and business development strategies to achieve commercial growth through market expansion and client engagement. She provides insight and guidance to enhance the customer experience, accelerate digital transformation, and leverage data and analytics, in addition to mentoring teams on responsible business practices, workplace culture, talent, sustainability, and ESG and DEI initiatives. Additionally, Kelly is a Senior Advisor at McChrystal Group, where she consults on business development strategies to achieve commercial growth through market expansion and engagement with clients.

Kelly is a member of the Strategic Advisory Board for WINiT by GBTA, a network and community focused on advocacy and opportunity for women in travel-related industries. She is a member of Extraordinary Women on Boards, Women Corporate Directors, Women on Boards UK, Professional Boards Forum, and The Economic Club of Chicago. She has also been a member of The Executives’ Club of Chicago.

Prior to embarking on a portfolio career, Kelly was CWT‘s Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer. In this role, she was responsible for customer management, global sales, and customer engagement. Before becoming Chief Customer Officer, Kelly was CWT’s President Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific (APAC), and M&G, and Global Partners Network, based in London.

Kelly has lived on four continents while serving in C-suite Executive leadership roles, giving her valuable insights into cultural nuances that impact service delivery and purchasing trends, marketing demands, and the employee experience. Kelly is an American citizen with residence in London, UK.

Kelly graduated with a BA in Music from Chicago’s Northwestern University in 1987.
