NOMINATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • Nominations must be submitted by 10am BST on Monday 21st July 2025
  • You are welcome to nominate yourself, your team, or someone else
  • A panel of independent judges will determine the shortlists and winners
  • Shortlists will be announced in September 2025
  • The winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on Tuesday 14th October 2025 at the London Hilton on Park Lane
  • Please take the time to answer each question carefully and in full; each question has a suggested word count
  • Judges will consider company size and available resources, ensuring businesses of all scales and capacities are fairly evaluated
  • Please remember that the judges can only evaluate based on the information provided in the nomination form. Therefore, include as much detail as possible on how the nominees meet the award criteria
  • We acknowledge that individuals or teams may have been engaged in inclusion efforts for an extended period, however, the assessment period is the past 12-18 months. Please focus on the work and activities undertaken during this timeframe
