Entry Terms and Conditions
- The awards are free to enter.
- All entries must be submitted through the online system.
- Entries received after the deadline date will not be considered.
- The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Sponsors may not enter a category they are sponsoring.
- The judges reserve the right to move your entry to another category or add you to another category.
- All comments, facts and figures submitted on your entry must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- By submitting your entry, you are agreeing to partake in the publicity of the awards, including any images taken on the awards night.

It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure any testimonials, customer information or data supplied as part of the entry meets GDPR guidelines.
- You may enter more than one category if relevant to your business. Entries must be individually tailored to each category and may be removed if content is duplicated.
- Entrants may be asked to supply further information.
- We reserve the right to withdraw a category at any time.
- We reserve the right to extend the entry deadline.
- We use third-party software to process your entry data.
Table and Ticket Booking Terms and Conditions
- All payments must be made via our online payment portal or via bank transfer subject to agreement.
- Payment must be made prior to the event otherwise your booking will not be confirmed.
- Tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee positions or tables in the room. If you are making a booking for two or more tables, we will endeavour to put your tables as close as possible.
- Drinks include: sparkling wine in the drinks reception, half a bottle of wine and half a bottle of still or sparkling water per paying guest on your table. All other drinks must be purchased separately.
- All tickets are non-refundable.
