THE 2025 INCLUSION IN AWARDS
The iconic London Hilton on Park Lane set the stage for an unforgettable evening of celebration and recognition on Tuesday 14 October, as we hosted our second Inclusion Awards.
Brilliantly hosted by June Sarpong OBE, the ceremony shone a spotlight on the inspiring individuals, teams and organisations driving inclusion across the Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail sectors.
The inclusion in Awards are the most distinguished awards dedicated entirely to inclusion achievement within these industries. They move beyond just being an accolade, they stand as a testament to the hard work and commitment of those striving to build truly inclusive workplaces.
An incredible panel made up of independent industry experts had the challenging task of reviewing nominations and selecting our winners. With over 200 nominations made and the remarkable achievements displayed by the shortlisted individuals, organisations and initiatives, it is clear that exceptionally high standards and best practices are being set.
“For the second consecutive year, receiving over 200 entries for the inclusion in Awards powerfully underscores the incredible dedication and deep commitment to advancing inclusion across the Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail sectors” said Tea Colaianni, Founder and Chair of inclusion in. “Each winner sets a benchmark of excellence in their category, inspiring others to raise the bar and drive meaningful change."
As well as the award winners that came through the nominations received, the Awards also honoured the leading organisations from four key areas of workplace inclusion, as identified in the Inclusion Maturity Curve, our diagnostic tool developed in partnership with Oxford Brookes Business School. With over 90 organisations benchmarked this year, and a significant number of organisations improving their maturity score, this too was tightly fought.
